Complaint: Ban for no reason , i said to a player with name:  laura ! laura don't be a bie ! a bie is supposed to make honey, nothing insulting in my sentence.

Starting from your Nick, it is obvious that you have provoked the ban.

Bie is not a word though. Did you mean Bee? or ? Logs will definitely be checked and it will be found what you have said, and how it all started.

I think he meant BE, as be-sexual, (don't warn for this) since he said laura "girl stuff" or he might meant bee, since he said bee makes honey. :p

actually your name  provoked that ban
you called  laura-girl a Bie in the server . she complained we tough that Bie stands for Bit**
and Bie is not a Bee .

also i ve been playing in ambrosia for nearly 3 years now . and everyone here knows me good and they know that i never raged on anyone about anything
correct me if am wrong . i dont know maybe you tough i raged but as i told you i was tired of xmf map and iwanted to make more games in new maps .
its not about failing you took it the wrong way .
also after i made the vote . the results were no . ofc because ts wanted to rebel . so i went back and asked if anyone wants to go ct in that map
right ?

To be honest, you use your commands when they're not needed at all.
Like that one time when one of your QC member was CT, you kept on disarming him to remove his weapons, even though he told you to stop you failed to listen to him and kept on disarming which resulted of his death, because he did not have weapons the prisoners chose the right moment to rush and he had no way to defend himself.
It's funny how the vote was "to play new maps, new games" Andrew has added alot of new maps, but because of so many admins these new maps they are never played, the second the map wins the vote and is changed to it, that's the exact second the admins start a vote to change map, how can we play new maps if new maps are changed without even having a playtime of 5 minutes!
If the logs you show are correct, then his name is not offensive at all, there are worse names out there in Jailbreak.
About what he has said "Don't be a bie", it has more chances of meaning "bi*ch" than "bee", to understand that we will have to look at all the logs before the saying of that sentence, or a demo which shows what was being typed during those minutes.

Buddy i uderstand your frustration . you had a lot of issues with some admins and you just turn it to everybody
also put proves / demo / SS . ask the one that i abused on for his opinion . dont make the same mistake like other people did
now like i told you it have been 2 months since ive got my admin ship . and i cant rlly remember every tiny cmd i used on somebody and why exactly him and why exactly that specific time
maybe a demo would be better . and you are saying that new maps are not played because of the admins ?
jailbreak is boring because of the admins ?
ambrosia is dying because of the admins ?
all the admins are kids ?
admins should not be admins ?
...
correct me if am wrong . you said these and more than these things

and when " we kids admins imature " see a player with such a name we keep our eye on him and when he makes a mistake we react

Since Roni got angry at me, I had talked to Andrew and had told him I'll try not to cause all that crap in the server, and I don't think I have done that since then.
I will find the demo and upload it, all you need to do is wait, if you want I can PM it to you or create a new topic for you since this report is against you by Dzayer.

but its alright it might be just me imagining .
so looks like we both agree that the ban was deserved and you need proofs before you talk . its good

You don't think that you haven't done any thing wrong but you did good by leaving the server in good time. And this has nothing to do about being angry or not but i am the guy who always likes to see everybody to follow the rules i guess you should know me already from so many years. Always trying to play the smart ass against admins to show that you are better then anyone and you always provoke. Just play the god damn game and stop trying to make drama every moment you open your eyes. This has been during for years. Anyway about this topic's i wont say anything since i was not there so cant comment on it.

And I did as you said but then I said that I'll also start playing music during HnS (which If I remember correctly wasn't allowed) and I'll tell people to mute me.
You for some reason got your hair spikes up, your claws ready to dig into the ban menu and were surely about to ban me, cause its you. You're the type of person that can insult and provoke others but when someone does it to you, you will quickly use your rights.
In other words, you're defenseless.
For hells sake you banned a person from the forums for a long time just because he pointed out you look like someone in a video, which was true.
You were about to ban me because of me using what you said against you.
I'm going to say it again, without your admin rights you are defenseless on the internet, no offence but I bet you would probably have tears in your eyes if you didn't get rid of me during that time when you banned me for a day.
I don't know you after all these years, cause sometimes you'll be that calm person and some times you would take a joke like it's a shark trying to bite you, and you'll use your ban harpoon to get rid of it.
I do not care what you say about me, I do not care what you think about me.
I don't try to play smart ass against admins, it's what you think I do but I'm trying to prove a point but before I do, you get all hyped up and ready to ban me, I never get to complete my side of the story. It's just left hanging there.

Ray has given me a clue, after I bluffed with him that there is a topic about me in the admin corner, especially about me.
I'm the target here, or it's just people like you, who try to act like their mature by using a heavy voice.
You banned me from Hydra, and I want everyone to know this. You banned me from Hydra ts3 because you had mistaken something, and you didn't even bother unbanning me , infact you decided to moderate me on your forums so I don't post anything about it. This is the problem, you never understand what's happening , you banned me because someone else was making sounds in the channel and you thought it was me without even listening you straight up banned me.
The problem is YOU, you don't let anyone make a point, you just straight up say "OK BYE BYE".

I am talking aout what's happening now in ambrosia, what happen in hydra has nothing to do here since ambrosia and hydra are 2 different things.
I listend your side many times while i was HA of jb and UC and community Leader i did but you obviously fell again in it and creat drama over and over again you say you are not doing that but i am sure if sami was here he would confime that even if we check ban list you have over 20 bans for bad attitude. We have been dealing with you over and over again. And yes i use my rights as a last solution when i see that this is not going any were and when a guy dosen't stop arguing. I can be very calm but if i see a guy who is here for years in ambrosia and that break the rules in purpose then i take it to the high level straight away because he isen't new in this community and he should know how things work over here. But now if i see a new guy in ambrosia obviously that would be a different story since i will have to learn him and help him to find the rules. But now if he is here for 1 year and break the rules then obviously i would take action on that because he had time 1 year to read the rules. I played music yes but you were basically the only one complaining all others were enjoying it. We can not please you just because you don't want to listen music while 3/4 people in server wanted. I play music when there is a special day and when people don't have to command. I never play music while there is someone commanding. You want to be the center of attention in server and we shall do everything what you say. I was about to ban you because you said ''See we ban players for this next time i will play music while somebody is commanding and i will save this demo to say look roni is doing the same'' At that time i stopped the music wanted to talk to you but you refused to unmute me. So next map i know that the menu of mute would be restored so i started talking there and explaining you the situation. And somebody said he muted you again, so i said well its his problem if he refuses to listen while i was talking about rules and if will make mistakes in futur well its gone be his fault since he decided to mute me even the next map. So don't bring me crappy things now because you know very well that i gave you more then 10 chances here in ambrosia from the day i became admin.

Ok i am off now since i gotta go somewere, now i guess we should stop here because this report its not about me or you. I guess we can continue this in pm.

This right there, is something I have never said, and it's something you have just made up.
I said that in HnS, I will play music and tell others to mute me , If an admin bans me for playing music in HnS I will show this demo and SS of roni saying this"
I can get someone to approve of this if you'd like.
I also have a demo, but sadly demos don't record voice chat of the person recording it, and I think I said it over microphone.

About the /mute , when we had the command  there was a rule about it's not allowed to play music during HnS , when i asked an admin to stop one time longe time ago , he stops , now i'm an admin and i ask a fellow admin to stop and they go derp mode and are like " USE MUTE EJHKJVNDKS" , and i tell them if 1 player complains you must stop they keep going.

Long story short, you are complaining for a 10-minute-ban and everyone else found a chance to start arguing.. once again, if you wanna say something PM me or conduct a report, but don't go off-topic.

So, I cannot take a serious action for a tiny ban, especially when it was a misunderstanding from the side of the admin. However, admin BucKK has been Warned for rushing with a ban without vocal warnings and/or other smaller actions like gag/kick.
