Complaint:Well when he joined he asked me that who i am since i was using another nick but he knew i was an admin so i answered him just for like for fun i just told him i'm your mother and then he kicked me? like srsly i'm an admin and he? he never listen's to anyone,i told him once to stop using his mic he again and again repeats it.he is suitable for a warning , Like he just kicked me for just telling him "i'm your mother" well i'm sorry if you were in bad mood big man But Never kick other admins remember that

You don't joke about that to be honest. If somone told me "Im your mother" I would of kicked him aswell. Even though it would be wrong and somone might take actions against me for that, I would of done it.
conclusion:
- You should be warned for the "inult"
- He should be warned for his insultings and the kick, after you started it.

You have no right to complain, and you had no right to say that to him, and in my opinion, you are the one who should be reported.

If you are his friend, than why are u reporting him for something as mere as a kick? Highly irrational.
It doesn't matter if he would understand or not, what you did is still a punishable offense.

Frank i knew he was an admin cause we were talking at admin chat but i wont allow anyone to come and insult my parents and i am pretty sure that most the ppl here knows i dont like that thats why i kicked u ! Even if its gonna lead to a warn . But i am just not that kinda of guys who would accept to be insulted with parents or making fun of .

Why do ppl in JB server feel the urge to make a complaint about every fart made.
Its just a kick... you know what you did was slightly inappropriate, just rejoin and be done with it.
I just really dont get it, its like you are all just out there to make each others life miserable by making a report about every little thing.

Dav3, you started the whole problem with saying that. Striker could have reported you for that and you would have no excuses to defend that.
But as usual, ambrosia likes the two-way punishment ;)

I actually agree with Frank. You just provoked him saying it's his mother and that sounds immature behavior from you, But u get buttheart when he kicked you, It's just a legal kick tbh.

gg, you started the problem by "joking" about his parents and got kicked. Not all people tolerate that kind of shit, so you really got what you deserved, admin or not.

PS: You'll never know if his mom is alive or not so you shouldn't talk about it nor his family. also its a gaming community and not one of the kid cartoons.

So just before your leaving you decide to do a small joke, it doesnt work out. You start insulting and swearing.
That was a bad ending, you had admin in Jailbreak pretty fast, instead leaving appreciating what you had, you leave swearing. Im sorry but it was a bit stupid.
Anyway;
you changed your nick how is he meant to know who you are?
Since you joked about his mother, do you know what type of a relationship he has with his mother? He might take it more serious than other people.

Dave is faking a lot.He is not a good guy as we all used to think +he aint american(as he claims).He,me were friends with plzdie.Then dave broke freindship with plzdie as he had faked his steam id.Then he posted admin app to teach pzdie a lesson.No offense but dave is one of the incapable admins in ambrosia who cant even aim or catch cheaters.All he does is ban gun users in hns .Lol dave did you forot that your dad passed away?(made that topic few hours ago)and plays despite claiming tht he is going to uk and his pc is broken.Did u fly to uk in a Concorde lol.

At all times, Dave would always say " I don't like being an admin, Ima resign soon "
" I dont wanna be an admin, Ima just wait to be demoted "
Probaly all for attention, But who knows?

PlzDie is even better than you since he apologized and admitted that what he did is totally wrong and immature. I hope you vanish sooner than I expect... Just leave in peace, block whoever you want... I have no evidence of you abusing. But believe me you did and also for no reason, not only a kick but a rocket gag and many more... I can believe what others will say bad about you for an extent... I think this report needs to backfire on you.

I was about to report dave few months ago because he used to abuse his powers a lot.He used to revive him in spec mode,kill the ct and destroy the day if he gets freekilled.Did not rport him himhe was a "good" guy back then

I would like the topic to not be used as a way to bash on dave because you were scared or not interested to report his previous behavior or actions. That's quite dishonorable from all of you, the report is about abusing rights and dave communicating with a badly-associated attitude. If you wanted to report dave, you could have made topics beforehand not pile your complaints and accusations where dave is currently in a bad position.

Guys dave isn't that bad of a guy . Yes we were friends , like polar had mentioned. He banned me over a hundred times even tho we were friends . Each time he told me , "go apologise and ask for a unban and come back and play" . At one point he raged (this was in the recent past ) he started abusing me and alot of stuff. I would say I was pretty hurt by the way he spoke to me , I was quite taken a back by the sudden change in his behaviour . He recently apologised to me for all the stuff he said . I didn't know your dad died dave . I am really sorry dave . He is in a better place . On topic : guys come on cut him some slack . You know what happened put yourself in his shoes . No need to gang up on him like that. He was a nice guy and still is a amazing person . I belive he is quite an asset to this community . It's just that he is going thru a rough patch at this time which brought about radical changes . Yet I still belive he is who he was . Dave it's alright man , keep calm everything happens for a reason so take whatever comes in a postive manner. My request is :guys stop ganging up on him , yes he did wrong but come on guys no need to be so harsh on him .

Both of you should be warned/demoted. If im correct, there is a rule that admins should work together and not have any misunderstandings, if they do, this should be solved out of ambrosia.

Go **** ambrosia? NICE ATTITUDE. Even plzdie didnt say that. And now I get why plzdie has so many likes in his topic. Even tho a banevader, cheater, or whatever, he didnt insult ambrosia.
EDIT2: Someone was demoted for arguing in the server. Correct me if im wrong, but it was tony and d00m. Hell no, I dont wana see players insulting me without my permission, not to mention you are admin. Even if I say sometimes in server "I am GAY", I say it for fun, and I do allow others to call me like that, but if I want them to stop, I WONT SAY IT TWICE.

It was probably just in the moment . Both of you guys should just apologise to each other and get it over with . Both of you are good admins . Would be a shame to see you both demoted or anything . You both have the power to end it now once and for all . It isn't that hard to say sorry I shouldn't have said that/ sorry i shouldn't have done that . No one will think lesser of one of you if either of you took the intiative to accept your mistake and apologise . Btw Red since when do people ask a person before they insult them ? In the sense why would your brother ask you before insulting you ? :p

If someone would insult me, id say STOP, if he wont understand that, I wont repeat it. And yes, there was a demotion for ARGUING with TSAY. Let me make a list of the current case:
- Arguing in server
- Not being part of team
- Insulting admin
- Insulting Ambrosia

Why make a public complain when you can address this problem to your head admin Andrew first? If the head admin can't solve it , then you make a public complain which is the final step.
Anyway you can't use rights on other admins whatever the reason might be , rules are pretty clear about that. Instead of kicking you should have reported it to Andrew. About Duck , well his attitude can be related to his circumstances on his leaving topic. That's why for me this should be dropped with a warn for both.

Alright I've seen enough.
First of all, Dave aka DucKK has been demoted from Jailbreak Administration Team. I'm sad to say this and to bypass any warnings, but when all things stack up together I finally have no choice. I was informed you changed your mind and wanted to keep your rights after saying you're resigning, but I cannot let them to you if you act this way. The joke may not have been so bad(if you were indeed very good friends and he wouldn't get so offended, but he did, so the whole joke was bad) however you've done many mistakes afterall and until you get them fixed you cannot be fully trusted with this position.
Striker has been given an official warning for using his right on another admin. I will be honest with you, I understand your frustration, I may had thought of doing the same if I was an admin, however rules are rules, this is also an example that no matter the circumstances you must respect the regulations and mostly, the team.
