So guys, i was playing surf with crime and me and crime were joking like i will take u in ur ass etc and he was like i will test how tight ur ass is and blah blah just useless stuff... then at one point this blackstart guy appeared starting to talk shit in HUD like "i will ban you" so i'm a person wich does not like people treathing me so i told him not to act bossy... after that he kicked me.. so i came back and i asked him "are you mad?" hes answer was i wont respond i will just ban you... then i asked for what reason? and he putted disrespect as reason... well if he calls this a reason to ban then he must be thinking he is god or something since i didn't offend him at all

In future Black Star could ask ofcourse wether you guys mean it or not, however that isn't quite obvious in the first look, I usually kick people first before I give them a verbal warning, as they ignore it - mostly after the kick they ask why, I explain and give the warning there that a ban will follow. They usually stop, now when they are joking, they tell me immediately that they are not meaning it serious, now I believe that since Black Star noticed that you guys were at each other and didn't probably leave any signal that shows that it wasn't ment serious, I believe he had a good reason to "take actions" on you.
Since he also warned you, you refused believing him and DID NOT tell him that you and the other guy are friends and are joking, I believe the ban was alright.
However, if you did tell him that you were friends and you were joking, then I guess black could of just asked to stop, as it might be annoying for other players.

actually if you see someone not taking you serious, give him a kick and then he will take you serious, or keep swearing at you and then ban him for a longer time.

First thing I see when I check the logs is absolute nonsense coming from your mouth about Crimeiz. I honestly do not care if he is your friend or whatever, save that language for else where as that should be tolerated absolutely no where within ambrosia's servers. It's rude, unnecessary and inappropriate for other age groups to be seeing. If you wish to talk like that, find somewhere else to go.

I then noticed after Blackstar warned you for your behaviour that you indeed tried to provoke him stating that he was admin elsewhere when that was clearly not something relevant to the conversation at that time showing that you tried to push his buttons. You even went as far to say "u mad?" to get under his skin.

What you've showcased is not acceptable behavior, not only on servers but also on forums & as somebody who is supposed to be representative, since you're somebody who is within infrastructure of the Staff team- as a board moderator - we hold you accountable to exemplary behavior for rest of the community, which you have failed to display. Therefore you've been suspended as the board moderator of Support section (http://www.ambrosia-servers.eu/community/index.php?board=28.0) and all subsequent boards belonging under it. This is a permanent removal and can only be reinstated after re-applying.
I really wanted to give you a chance, but you have not changed one bit.
