Title: [RESOLVED]Kicked me because he was antishemic (Report against Cowboy)

BloodyPro kicked me from ambrosia surf because he is antishemic...
He threatened me first that he will kick me and I said "Why? Because your antishemic?"
I must say he said alot of antishemic and racist sayings , him and his friends
What happened? I can't play normally anymore?
Admin: I think he was BloodyPro , I don't know if he is an admin or vip or idk..

Date & Time:19/06/15 around 11 AM
Complaint: Racism
Other Evidence (screenshots, demos...): Don't have one , I ran here as soon as it happened.

Since you don't have any evidence, to make the process be easier - could you somehow be more specific by explaining what happend exactly?

"He told you he would kick you", did he ask anything ? Like "change your nick, or speak English only?" Something like this?

I actually don't speak my language because I don't want to be in any inncidents like this , My nickname Is #Commander_Dumba$$ so I don't see any way to insult it :P
this is what happend
I logged in and I saw a message from a friend who said "He is antishemic" and later I saw an antishemic message from BloodyPro and another guy who said "fuck israel" or something like this
I replied , I won't stay silent for these kind of messages
Cowboy was the admin who kicked me apparently and my friend and I opened this case
Now its surf sand 2 on the serv and Cowboy banned my friend for 5 minutes for nothing insulting or rule crossing and also threatened me for like IDK what time and said to me to shut the fuck up or I'll get banned too
I asked him in what right he can kick me and replied that he dont owe me nothing
I asked again for something else , a photo of my friend swearing (that is what he said that he did) and replied he don't owe me nothing again and I can't get a photo because it isn't my duty
I don't remember this world became an dictatorship again , I have every right to get any proof I need for any punishment , IT AINT AREA 51!
I had a photo , I mean i printscreened when he said to me to stfu but its like a huge black screen when I paste it

Thank you for explaining the case a bit better.

I do believe you, however to make sure that everything you're saying is correct and to assure that the VIP/ADMIN bloodypro and the other guy were "Racist" by saying "Fuck Israel", the panels might need to check the Logs.

Here is an advise for the future:

- Make sure you take a Screenshot of everything not going correctly in the server. It's true we can still check the logs(which means we can see what every single player said in the server), but to make the process of the report faster, we could use some proof for it.

This is why this might take a bit longer to be looked at, be patient :)

This Palestine and Israel thing is in every server , if you wanna fight about which country is the right one , be a man and go join the military or something instead of QQing about it online.
As I am a Muslim , you would already know my opinion on this one.
Since Bloody is an admin , he should have not told a player to go flamingo himself..

Kick deserved.
Miley deserved a ban too.
Commander, no one talked to you in-game, you just put your nose in and started provoking him for being from palestine.
You clearly have a hate on palestine and that conversation shows it.
You deserved the kick, and miley deserved a ban.
And bloody was talking to "halawa" while you guys started the israel vs palestine argument.
Bloody even ignored you most of the time....

Did you know that the UN calls the all area also Palestine or Israel? your response was wrong why? before 1948 the area was called Palestine and some people in Israel's area (former palestines) call it Palestine , Therefore he has every right to "correct" him
still , I want the admins to log at cowboy's log and see perfectly that he used swearwords

cowboy is my friend and the problem with me also .. cowboy is a palestinian but he didnt kick u only bcoz u started swearing with ur friends
he kicked u and banned ur friend after 3 warning to shut up and play and u both didnt lsn ..

and im not gonna start talking about the history here bcoz its not the case also it considers as spamming

You call it whatever you want, and he calls it whatever he wants, no one told you to impose your opinion on him.
It's not your job to tell him what to call the country.
Cowboy kicked you for provoking and if you want to call it a dictatorship for kicking you, go ahead, but i believe cowboy has all the right of kicking you.
The same way atheists cannot impose their opinion on religious people, and cannot force evolution on the deniers, you can't force people to call it israel if you are from there.
Some people call it conquered palestine, some people call it israel.

So after a book of provocation from miley cyrus, you expect him to say "I love Israel" ? He started the conversation, so he shall be punished for it.

Palestina is Palestina.
Israel is Israel.

The only ones that actually does deserve to be punished is Miley Cyrus + Abu. However, abu with a less punishment than Miley, who went all crazy provocating abu till he finally said what had to be said.

Also , He banned miley for 5 minutes after the kick , and miley didn't sweared after it

well, lemme tell you what happened, bloody was talking with that guy "abo halwa" then Miley start argument and start talking about Israel and Palestine and asking  ppl if they love Israel that mean you wanna fight with others , bloody wasn't talking to you , its your fault cuz u started this..., i think we are here to play and have fun not to fight..., and i warned all of you many times bloody didn't say anything but u guys didn't shut up so i kicked abo halwa and i kicked u then u came back start insulting and provoking so i banned you, after that your friend "commander" start asking and talking about it i told him end it and don't talk about it again but he didn't listen so i kicked him.. i think all of u deserved that and next time if u talk about it again u will get permban... just chill and play and if u wanna fight go skype or ts3 and fight there...

Cowboy, did you said anything offensive or verbally inadequate to these 2 guys form Israel? Because if you did, a double punishment may follow that makes you a participant!

That is if @LeroyP456 is telling the truth that you verbally opposed to him.

Otherwise Miley provoked abu,cowboy and bloodypro by interfering the conversation. The interference was hostile and provocative to those 3 people in which he is deserves the biggest punishment.
Bloodypro according to the logs just swore once which was in self-defense from miley's malicious intent, I'm not sure if that is punishable, yet he it falls under the quota of verbal riot.
Abu's inability to communicate in english grants him a really minor warning, but I do believe he was answering in self-defense.
Commander was unconsciously planted into the argument by miley categorizing the 3 people as  anti-semitic in which he gave his opinion about those people. But he didn't called them anti-semitic.

Commander's reaction is one of those common misunderstandings because miley manipulated the term anti-semitic, because according to him Palestine shouldn't be called Palestine anymore.

It's correct the official international term is "Occupied Territory, Palestine", but it doesn't make it anti-semitic to use Palestinian as nationality

even tho i'm a Palestinian but i didn't go with bloody and abo, i was warning all and i punished both of them.
both did smth wrong but Miley didn't shut up and he kept talking about it so i banned him for 5 mins.

Imo, shut the **** up after a billion warns shouldnt be a reason to get a punishment, if this is the case then cowboy is right.

Right let me make this crystal clear for everybody to understand. You have free speech to say as you want in a RESPECTFUL way and a MATURE way, as long as there's no form of extremist or hatred views. But it seems NONE of you are capable of having a form of debate without insulting each other. I have checked the logs and who was kicked and who wasn't, and im my eyes everyone involved is to blame, some more than others but since everyone involved is being as bad as one another then you'll face the consequences together.

So think properly next time you bring the issue up here, and conduct yourselves with a bit more respect regardless of your views OR better yet, don't discuss these type of things at all, here you are all GAMERS and that is what we all have in common, no need for hatred. I'm sure the other players in the server would rather not see such discussions while they're trying to have fun.

That clearly says what side he backs, hence breaking his duty to be impartial while being an admin on the server.

ADMIN Cowboy will be warned for this. Although he did try to a degree to stop the conversation, he failed to act fairly in regards to Bloodypro's comment vs Miley's comments. He failed to be impartial.

Should there be a repeat of such things then harsher actions will be taken.
