i have a segestion :)
when i saw the clans on ambrosia jailbreak i said whats the point from those clan
and an idea came to me
what about we do clans of jailbreak tournament
its simple
take the players like that :
3 T from JLz = 1 CT from RR
so we take as much as we can of players and we will see the best clan / player on controlling or rebeling :)

It should be held on a different server or scheduled on a weekend to maximize interest in both clans or those who like to participate. A similar pattern like the tournament with JB*Elite. But don't clog the server for more than 2-3 hours :/
I don't mind to be a judge as I have a lot of experience when it comes to jailbreak, same can be said for popay if he wants just to watch. But remember, when tournaments are held everything should be played accordingly to the rules or the ruleset when jb*elite took place. The clan leaders can come to a decision on how the flow should go. I could make a big post, but due to my health condition I'll just summarize it like this.

You can spec. Everyone is allowed to spec during the time we reserve the server.

Up to the head admin and the emperors. JB*Elite was organized by interest of the Cs-Leader (in that time) Arne in which there were not much objections for it. A newly created copy-server of jailbreak would be better for those who are not in any clans and play jailbreak.

That is a way, but would the highstaff be interested in providing the server?
