I'd advise the FM team to think of a suitable mute time as in my opinion you've only really had one warning but i think 1 is enough if your attitude(in my opinion) is still poor.

Then, you cannot judge a human's natural personality by posts, because you don't see him behind the screen. By history, because human and everything else changes. Both behaviour and appearance.
