I have an AWP Hyper beast,
I am not thinking to bet it, but you never know I might end up betting it.
But when i refresh my inven on csgo lounge how comes it does not come up? (It is tradable)
Is it cause its a new item?

Yes new item needs to have at least few weeks for a stable price.

Not tradable items (timed banned) - are usually shown with a red circle and a cross in it to indicate that's not tradable yet
New items - they don't show up (Ray's explanation)

You can lock / move or what ever.
