Complaint: i got slayed for leaving my cell (idk wich rules says not to do that).

Hey let me help you with this.
You don't have any proper "Evidence" which means, you could be saying everything as a lie. Moreover you don't tell us the "Whole Story", like "What did you do the previous round" probably, or what did you say or anything that made him "Slay* you as you claim.
+ You can simply ask the admin first, WHY did you slay me? Instead of reporting him immediately, as I believe, our panels can't do much about it, as it was a slay which usually happens due a rule you did not follow. Now for next time, I suggest you to talk to the admin first, before taking this further action.

i did ask him he said i saw your name and you was out of your cell :D he said that "no one leaves his cell" but i left it beofre he even say it..

Let's see what admin @Ultor has to say in his defense, although just an accusation from your side without any evidence is not helping at all.

i thought that evry game i join gets recorded but i was wrong but you can check the logs and you will see that i got slayed.

It's not about the fact you got slayed, but what you got slain for.
