Complaint: Abusing admin powers

BucKK is doing this every single day. Once it was kinda fun, but it started getting annoying being like: " Only Flesh and Overpaid are ruining our fun :(" And then he started to flame Flesh for "being annoying" like "If you have other places to relax I dont! This is my only place, so f*ck me and f*ck you for being in the same server and same time. Leave me alone!" If Flesh has a forum account, he can admit that too. He kept crying for me to get banned on a HNS when according to him, i used guns before 4:00, and in fact it was 4:00 - 4:02 (I failed to kill him tho) And he kicked me like 5-6 times in a row for that blaming me "I am calling monster, u're lucky I am just trial" bla bla bla. He MUST get demoted for this. It's absolutely not fair a guy like him to have trial and almost getting full admin accesses..
I hope he gets demoted / suspended

Actually i joined yesterday or 2 days ago can't remember when , for around 30 mins to play with buddy , after 3 minutes buckk came in and started abusing some stuff , not sure which , i know it wasn't funny if it helps ...

Well, I dont want to be any lawyer but I dont think that Buckk is saying such things like "fuck you and fuck all" because I know him and he is not the guy who would say this.
In second hand I use to abuse like Buck does but I do that for fun and i dont get bad results as all of you showed me and to be honest i am sure that he is trying to do the same but maybe he did it more than he should or that day he was a little bit mad.
I think that request from the side of a normal player a suspend/demote an admin is too much because that is the HS decision not player but anyways with a warning it can be enough, he is not a bad boy and he will never be. I am not his father to say that but i know him and i think he is not the guy who would behave of that way

Buckk has abused his rights although i dont know if people enjoyed it or not (at times i also do not enjoy it).. I would have been going against him but after reading this on the shoutbox i've had a change of mind..

One thing is sure if he hasn't been banned he wouldn't do the report that's why I pushed him to say so in the shoutbox to know what was the real reason of his report and I'd say it's a personal grudge, but still for fun or not the other one abused his rights though.

I don't reply to much on such topic's but believe me or not the only guy right now in jailbreak who is keeping the fun its buckk always when he is online. Maybe he use's rights but he does it for a good pourpos. And after the steam chat momarms showed i guess this guy reported him for personal reasons because buckk is doing a great job in jailbreak i do play there time to time with him and someothers, this guy is just trying to have a bit fun in server nothing else. When he is in server he makes people laugh and we all enjoy the game play but there are always some people who cry about everything like always.
@besarh77 : instand of spying admins in server try to enjoy the game play for once in your life and you will see wich one is better reporting or enjoying the game play. I am not saying you shouldn't report admins for abusing but jailbreak is a fun mod but i guess you still don't get it. What buckk did is just a little what has been done before. This is just 1 % out of 100 %....

I should remember to be quite careful how I'm gonna punish them. You wouldn't want anybody to get fire'd than uberslap. Oh no, that's some serious abuse there.
Doing hns twice or three times ain't also abusive. Ct's failed to deliver creativity and entertainment, the administrator is up to the job to do that elsewise.
Putting gravity high and leaving the server with leaving the gravity on is kinda abusy :3
But it was probably map changing so yeh.

Well, I should not be posting here since it's not my concern anymore but I would still like to give my opinion. Firstly, we can perfectly see that you didn't led this report because BucKK abused his rights but because he got you banned which led you to start hating him and to start finding silly mistakes about him. I know this because that's always the case.
So let's go through your report.

So he started HNS ? How wrong is that ? Let's make it as simple as possible. Either the Officers asked him to start a HNS day (or he was an Officer himself) or he believed it was up to him to start a HNS day whenever he wants.

Firstly, this screenshot does not prove that he started this HNS in the same map as the one before and furthermore, there is actually no rule about the fact that HNS should be played only once per map if you want me to be honest. That's actually something that players in Jailbreak are used to and I reckon there was a rule about it in the past, but the topic was removed from the Public Jailbreak Corner because it contained a lot of ambiguities that still need to be fixed.

You know, he is allowed to do this vote if he sees that the HNS is taking too much time and that players are starting to leave or getting bored. I already did this vote myself several times and I don't see any reason not to do it when it's like 2:00-0:00 and the Officers seem not to be able to find the remaining prisoners who are camping in their hiding spots.

According to your comment, he does not seem to have abused/misused this command but he only used this command (like in 4.) instead of an other one that would have led to a same result.

I don't know the reason of why he used the uberslap command nor the reason of why he set gravity to 99999, but if his aim was to get rid of the remaining players after a vote that was set for a good reason, I don't see any inconvenience since he has surely set the gravity to 800 later (before 7.).

So only because he kicked himself, you consider this as an abuse ?
I don't even understand why some people bother to start some reports when they judge people on their actions and never on their intentions. It's like you kill Jeff because Jeff wanted to kill you. If I judge you on your action, you will go in jail. If I judge you on your intention, you will probably be free. That's the same here. If you judge BucKK on the commands he used without even thinking about the reason that pushed him to use these commands, you will of course have a reason to led a report against him and surely consider him as an abuser but if you focus on his intentions, then you can perfectly see that most of the time, his actions are justified. Even though, sometimes he seems not to understand and to be a little bit impatient, that's why he should be issued a warning but only regarding the fact that he should stop thinking about himself and he should think more about the others. Like for example, he should probably have not started a HNS day on his own nor started 2 HNS in the same map, he should probably have not started this vote in HNS. The best way to solve this is to led a discussion with him and to talk about his mistakes than taking action wrongly because we should also not forget that there is actually no Head Admin in the Jailbreak server and that he is currently not being watched like a Trial Admin should be and the fact that he is a Trial Admin and that everybody makes mistakes.

I always abuse on the server and i dont have repair saying it xD I always do amx_exec @all "spk ambience/arabmusic" for example or uberslap , noclip, fire, bury i do all but not always without taking a breath but people like it because it is the essence of Jailbreak. It is a fun server if you want a serious one go to dd2 only , i said it before.
Admions are not only to ban/kick and say @r stop flaming or kick/ban, nope, admins are for much more things than this one. In the past i was reported many times for abuse and i still remember MonsteR being HA of jb and being so strict that all were afraid of being an admin because it was like "i press w to walk and i get 500 reports" but now we have freedom and we can have the server full at afternoon because we do it to have fun not to ruin the server so just try to enjoy it and have fun and not see the abuse to report believing that you are a detective only becuase you hate him so better do an unban request than this , ciao!

You should realise that I have to give my opinion deciding upon what u said in public.. If there are any other significant reasons lets others know (at least the HS) or we'll keep assuming things about what we know

Such reports are just drowning ambrosia into the deep blue sea.... like for real..; @BucKK is the only admin in this whole community who trys to keep jailbreak fun... thats why the server is mostly full when he is on it... if he gest demoted we are left with monstercat and smiley wich do not administrate in a correct way.

That's not quite true...all three of them are funny, about Monster most say that he isn't, cause of his strictness well I'm here to prove ya wrong, trust me he is funny. I'm online everyday. And especially Master Smiley & his student Buckey :D Like seriously you can't stay without laughing when these admins are in game. As for the reporting by Besar, yeah It's been pretty much said man Buck does all of that for the sake of fun. I don't see why almost everyone wants to get these admins fired for those kind of "abusing" that's why Monster never uses commands to make players laugh to avoid this kind of crap reporting. Besar you're implenting that I should've reported Smiley & Buck like a milion times by now cause tbh they "abuse" on me everyday, but I never mind it lol, I just keep laughing WITH them .So yeah, this report should not be considered at all Buck, and every other admin is awesome.

Wrong. I used to beg you to play at monster's times. Then i made you play JB for a while and you applied admin, then got suspended for 1 week for using mic for music a lot. Then you got Head admin ;D Then you kept getting reported for bhop script in admin chat ;D
But your activity was really low. I can know that because i was the most active player there.

None of what you said was correct. The suspend was incorrect in both duration and reason. I got HA right when Gabriel resigned and you weren't the one to drag me to JB :D
Although me being op in bhop is correct though :))

You know, nearly all admins do these things to keep the server entertaining and fun, instead of robotic and boring. I dont see you reporting me for doing these things, or smiley, or monstercat. Especially when smiley used that command on you and you flamed admin chat saying wtf did you do. FIX THIS NOW!

Second.. @Ryan, @SmileyForever and @monsterCAT- are one of the best admins on the Ambrosia servers...
Third.. @TOX!C_DEMIS3 wtf I wasn't flaming I just got scared and thought that he did a big mistake on me, and as a result I was just asking him to repair it.. Sadly everyone now is just defending their friend (In this situation BucKK) and no one is saying what is supposed to say.. I never knew people are like.. defending their friends here.. I thought ppl just speak the truth, like Silverquick... Abusing is abusing, "Keeping the server good" doesn't matter! Very disappointing.. Never expected this... :(

I don't reply to much on such topic's but believe me or not the only guy right now in jailbreak who is keeping the fun its buckk always when he is online. Maybe he use's rights but he does it for a good pourpos. And after the steam chat momarms showed i guess this guy reported him for personal reasons because buckk is doing a great job in jailbreak i do play there time to time with him and someothers, this guy is just trying to have a bit fun in server nothing else. When he is in server he makes people laugh and we all enjoy the game play but there are always some people who cry about everything like always.
@besarh77 : instand of spying admins in server try to enjoy the game play for once in your life and you will see wich one is better reporting or enjoying the game play. I am not saying you shouldn't report admins for abusing but jailbreak is a fun mod but i guess you still don't get it. What buckk did is just a little what has been done before. This is just 1 % out of 100 %....

Even tho some ppl just want to get attention so they just waiting for "admin use there commands" and they call it as abuse also thats not big deal he can ask him in admin chat to stop doing this.

i was trying to spot him and record a good demo but everytime i did record him was just not enough until yesterday
i did repeat HNS because i didnt have good enough demo xD
i did send some pm ingame to mumu and flesh . and i told them im trying to spot overpaid
but sadly i coudnt
im rlly sorry but i had no choice but to do that and i got him actually xD
i started 5 HNs yesterday to spot this smart wallhacker :D
check the demo and read the chat . fac3 helped me yesterday

P.s. Old admin tips.. If you are trying to bust someone, dont act strangely as you have done. You only draging unnecessary attention to yourself. To bust some cheaters you must lay low, keep quiet n stuff like that. :)

Gj Buck if you ask me. Clearly everything was staged so you could ban the guy for wallhacking.
As Taha is inactive and server has no Head Admin (+emperors are lazy) I will solve this report with no action taken. As the situation is clear, all they were trying to do was catch the hacker which they did. I don't see any harm done. Make sure this doesn't occur on a regular basis though
If emperors are standing in dubio of me solving this, feel free to contact and punish me :)
