Gaming years:
since 2001, a few thousand hours on and off... last 5 to 7 years probably around 1k
Admin experience:
1 or 2 years in pubs
Professional playing experience:
it was always just for fun... but ive been to wcg and played in many lan tournaments. And most of my time was spent playing gathers mixes and cw's.
Knowledge about Counter Strike 1.6 and other CS games:
I have played mainly up to CS 1.6 ... Don't know much about CSS, CS:GO, CSZ ...
Knowledge about cheats: trying to keep up to date:)
Define a script:
a set of instructions, configuration ... can be used for different purposes.
How would you deal with Report requests individually?:
if 100 percent sure then would issue a ban if not forward it for advice
Which one you prefer (teamwork or working alone)?: both whichever is needed
Why should you become a member of the panel?:
to inspire trust for non admins that their request will be dealt with quickly and to bring it this section to life

If you can't be bothered, well, my support mainly goes for his consistent reports of the rule breakers and cheaters which clearly indicates that kell_ is actually willing to help instead of just applying for something that we both know he's not going to do.
Looking at kell_ and other applicants I think you can see a clear difference as to who truly deserves the position and who wants it because there's an opportunity. :)
