idk if this idea should be suggested but Can u please change "Report a Cheater & Player Mis-Conduct" Moderators? , Coin left already , Fisu didn't solve bans from 17 day and Jay solved the last 18 report and we're also having alot of reports and compliments at the moment i dont think Jay can handle the other reports alone , also Giveaways moderators i see lagger and Darki most active there , and coin is moderator there he left the community and idk about replica i never saw him doing anything there xD

I guess higher staff is aware in such cases, i can predict the changes are coming, so no need to worry about this, since everybody is now taking a Christmas break, im sure there is a lot of work coming after !
The question is , are we ready for the big changes and hard work !?

Sure Phantoms, Don't mind getting removed or anything. If you want it or think I'm taking somebody's else position with all respect, I won't mind.

Ever thought of people having holidays now?
For example. Fisu just came back from 2 weeks in Kosovo. Aka vacation.
And next to that why is this your concern? As this is high staff their concern.

Well you was board moderator for like a week no need to be selfish I and the others have solved loads before you too - seems like you gave up.
And guys I already PM'd Raven to remove me but he never.
Also its not easy being report moderator as we need to download .dem and most time people upload onto some random websites which makes our life so harder.
And in such cases we go through whole day logs to find stuff when time is not given.
I do agree new moderators are needed but also don't be agressive on the current/old ones.

I wouldn't deem that as aggressive.
He's made a statement, which is factually correct.
I admit the last sentence could maybe be taken badly, and tbh, there shouldn't be anything wrong with anyone having any concern about things whether there're high staff or not. Everyone should be entitled to an opinion.
But yeah, that's just my opinion :>

I'm on holidays for a month now. Does that mean my colleagues won't work as well? They're doing a great job, and most reports are older than that, so why don't you stop being so aggressive towards people for the sake of your rank? Or maybe for the fact that we're humans and we like to suggest things so they get better?
My opinion, this is long overdue, I think the player reports are more important that unban requests(for example) and there should be more activity because we cannot let cheaters and rule breakers roam around. However, if a rule breaker is banned, he can wait, that won't hurt the servers.
