Hello Friends,
I’ve been in ambrosia for a long time as you all know it’s been years and years since I play over here and my highest rank I reached over here was Universe Creator, I’d like to thank the Emperors for giving me such chance and for trusting me.
But sometimes you got to do things even though you wish they wouldn’t happen, When I first came back to CS 1.6 and came back to ambrosia what I had in mind was I will never leave ambrosia ever till the community closes, It was all going great helped lots of friends and all the good stuff I was super glad that its going so well.
I was really happy that some admins and higher ranks reaching to head admins called me as “best high staffer” I was also happier when a normal member says I’m a nice person and some might ask why? Well I was a member and I know whenever you talk to a high staff person he either ignores you or act as a boss on you, I’m glad to say I am not such kind of a person I do reply on every single member without even knowing who he is or what he wants. Now people might think I am lying or showing off that’s why I would like to ask some of those people who called me as best high staffer or a good person to say so and why just to let some people know that I am not lying.
I also was glad that I heard some people saying finally we have an active high staff (no offense to anybody) which made me really happy and to prove that after 2 days of me getting promoted I created a topic in the Universe Creators Board which I kept editing based on what I added/removed/fixed on any of the servers, Nov 4 I started writing on the topic what I do till Nov 28 I stopped because it was pain in the ass but in these 24 days I did 48 things based on adds/fixes/removes which is amazing.
Sadly I’m here saying it’s time for me to leave or if you want to say resign from my position as Universe Creator, Why? I will be honest with all of you I promise and I will say the things that made me give up on this community but I can’t give details and explanations since most of the reasons are from a high staff board or discussion.
High staff in ambrosia is different from 99% of the other gaming communities, why? Because over here it’s more like a playground what I mean by that is if you don’t have a friend who’s in high staff you’ll never be defended by any of the high staffers or will never be seen even if you’re Einstein himself, In another words High staff team defend their friends and ignore their mistakes but if it’s a member he would’ve got kicked out of this community, Same as the playground your friend does something bad and gets into a fight you defend him even if he’s wrong instead of showing your friend the wrong part. I’m sorry to say also here we have High staffers who broke lots and lots of rules and I mean golden rules and still didn’t get punished because we are in a playground. I would not like to stay in a high staff team which is divided into teams and fights against each other.
Before posting this topic I also asked from the Emperors to punish those high staffers who broke golden rules instead of finding excuses for them but sadly still got excuses instead of action. I wish all the best to Ambrosia but remember those words “Ambrosia won’t last long if it stays like that” If the community goes higher and higher then I’m really happy but if it closes after a while you’ll say NexT was right about what he said.
I’m not leaving CS 1.6 I will be on steam and teamspeak3 and sometimes you might spot me in the servers but it’s just pain in the ass to be in a high staff team who has all these wrong parts, Cya when I Cya ;) love you all <3 Keep smiling !

Well, i never expected myself to say this but, i guess my time has come aswell.
I'm leaving for the same reason NexT is leaving. I guess i had enough seeing the highstaff not knowing what they want, and when someone tries to help them, they just ignore him.
After all the problems teamspeak 3 had, i suggested plenty of stuff to fix it, but they only did the easy ones and left the important ones unfinished which led to bigger problems than before.
I would like to resign of Jailbreak, Deathrun, Surf, Report Panel, Teamspeak Channel manager, and Jailbreak CT unban panelist.
And i would like to keep JLz board moderator as i will stay with popay to manage it.
I'm sorry if i disappointed anyone, but my presence in the highstaff was never appreciated and they know that.
I will keep visiting the forums because of my friends and to keep my posts running.
I guess all that's left to say is, Good luck with your goals and i hope you reach them.

I am going as well, similarly to what NexT said and because i don't feel like i have any respect here or belong here. To be honest, that DR HA promotion was just disrespect to my efforts on DR and i lost all my motivation for working on it. Apart from that, @Raven E II R you know everything else i told you and i don't think i have a place here anymore. And adding onto that, thanks for everything Raven, out of all the people here i respect you the most due to your professional work ethic and friendliness, you have the respect of buklau on your side :D Apart from that not much to say, i said all i wanted to say to you before Raven and i wanna thank you for all the chances you and the other high staff have given me but this time, it was just BS.

I also know about your loyalty to ambrosia and that's it's quite honestly poor.

I do actually understand, i was there when the vote happened and i actually did vote you for HA. I do completely understand what happened and why 'they' did that. I know your motivation behind DR and i know you would've done a great job. However, what happened to you was the same that happened to me, expecting a rank you should actually not have yet. I also expected UC too early, too soon. I did not get it either and was actually pretty sad as well. Later on i found out they wanted to know my reaction on not getting the rank when they saw i wasn't going into hate mode they decided to give me a chance after all. Same goes for you, you expected the position and can't take it that you did not get it in the end.

First of all, about the community and big shot talk.
You guys keep promising us A LOT, things what never happened. Dunno is there gonna be things what you told us. Couple servers and games were promised like 6 months ago. And still not up nor no1 knows nothing about them.
Second thing, about Rawrplus. Don't know why you guys are blaming him tho. I might not know the details about this, and I wouldn't really give any fucks about it anyways
Reading these posts, the blame on Rawrplus is nonsense.
Third thing, Terrabon being deathrun HA. Everyone knows and thought he is probably gonna get it. Even I did. He did a lot for it but neeh, can't really see why he didn't get it.
So I kinda see why people are leaving you guys. And tbh I should be gone too like an year ago but but.
And after all, You (highstaff) could have made way better choices to keep people happy.

I am fully aware of that and i experienced exactly the same. In the end i still recall myself as immature and i say the same now for Terrabon.

I am fully aware of that and i experienced exactly the same. In the end i still recall myself as immature and i say the same now for Terrabon.
To be honest , noone of you 2 are imature , you 2 deserved a position , but no , most of the highstaff had to go trolling around like that . It's not nice to go around making people mad , especially to some people who worked hard to make something happen . High staff , stop doing this , it's not cool to play with someone's emotions like that , i hate that kind of behaviour and most of the people here do

I still dont understand why people are pointing fingers in a leaving topic and trying to find reasons out just leave the guys to quit in peace after all they did help ambrosia a lot. Pointing finger will not change anything. People leave for their own reasons. Like i always said : Its better to leave then act like everything is ok. I wish you all my best. And don't forget everybody can be replaced. And you can never know how the the futur is gone be maybe ambrosia could grow up more and go to the top or it may close there is no to many choice's.

As for the leavers, I'm sorry to say goodbye and honestly you will be missed. I will not lie, I personally don't trust people easily but you guys made me realise good and hard-working people do exist in the virtual world.

Sadly, have to admit the community hasn't been operating very well for the past at least 2 years. Said it numerous times, some choices the high-staff has made is ridiculous. I don't care if X or Y is in charge or HA or UC, but not everyone is like me, you got to choose people who will be welcomed by the "Community"; this ain't an organisation where your choices can't be questioned so don't get annoyed or use rank-power when people start asking questions. This is just about promotions. I can go on about other huge issues but I don't think anybody gives a damn lol.
I have absolutely no idea about what's going on but I'm just stating the obvious from my point of view.
Have to quote from Vendetta, similar situation; "People shouldn't be afraid of their government. Governments should be afraid of their people."

I'd hate to reply in a locked topic , but do you ever consider people having personal lives ? do you expect me to be here all the time to do whatever you want , seeing that you were in ts3 , you would look out for me and actually see that I was afk !

I have never attacked you in any kind of form and believe that if you have just cooperated better , it would have been better ! I'm Sorry for replying here since i have seen this before and didnt get the chance of writing the following thing, but i hope people will read it!
I have seen a bit of the reasons people are leaving for,
This community are made for three things, (Giving fun/Having Fun/Reaching the best Qualities) well the first too things are working well, but the third one is getting destroyed, why ? well everybody knows that communities should be made out of a team, ambrosia used to have this.
minds are getting changed each year, most of people around here now thinks that its only about rank even the people that was against this quote are now with it, i don't know what is exactly happening to ambro, i really didn't read everything over here, but im replying now to tell that ambrosia have lost the soul of working in a team, but still its not a reason to leave.
now tell me why people gets promoted ? to have those shiny stars? everybody thinks its easy and nice to be in a high-staff team, no its not, it takes most of ur life time to give what u are here for, it feels great to be a part of an amazing community, but you also should give back what you have from responsibilities, im sure most high staff left because of not getting appreciated for there work, and if this situation keep like this, im afraid most people will start following leavers as they are now doing it.
There are things that is happening in ambrosia as a secrets to keep ambrosia alive, no body knows what are hidden, next mentions high staff breaking rules and not getting punished, well im sure there is a reason why this happens, i don't believe emperors would realize someone is behaving bad and not doing anything, its not for their good though.
Sometimes when problems are found, people should work as a team to calm things down, but what happen is that some people start claiming all bad things and they create a war full of sad moments to effect who they hate to make him leave or so. No body have the right to say who deserve the rank and who doesn't apart of emperors. high staff was chosen to help over here, they should be thankful and do their work, i don't why some people like to interrupt others and create drama and wars while its not worth it, originally if drama and hate was found that means the working team is getting crumbled, which is not the good thing that some people think it is.
I have nothing more to say unless thanking bonbon for his time, and i would like to tell him that he was a best friend even more friendly then a real life friends, but then as i said minds changes seeking for ranks, well you know that i didn't ask for this happening, but i also not against it, if you feel getting stamped, know there are reasons for it.
To NexT my ex-best high staffer, i would like to thank you for your time doing taking care of DR and i hope you know what you are doing.
In conclusion i would like to mention that, this year changes have been made a lot, many rules/announcments have been made of people already left! i say to all people that are still sticking over here, to have hope, and to work together to have the team soul again !
