Server: Jailbreak
Date & Time: Yesterday (forgot exact timing , I think around 4GMT to 7 GMT)
Complaint: Kicking and warning for really no reason.
Other Evidence (screenshots, demos...):

"someone" had a screenshot but that "someone" deleted it.
So what happened was , I was commanding as a Guard and well I have my own style of calling Prisoners "retards" or something like that, and others have a worse waysto call prisoners , like f*tard and N word , moving on I was saying "all retards to the wall" and Prototype then said next time ban , I asked him what and he said insulting , I started to laugh in teamchat and he gagged me (You can say I deserved the gag for spamming I guess) , and then later he's talking to me and stuff blah blah and then he says CMD and then an instant slap , no patience?
Now I'm being me and forgetting stuff that happened 2 seconds ago , I said that "Insult" and kicked. gg wp
I discussed it with people and they said it's not a proper reason to kick , and NO ONE was insulted , if they were by that then they should straight just leave the internet cause you're just too sensitive , you're not gonna survive here.
So what's even bothering me more that many people do this and I'm SURELY the first one to get kicked for this reason , after doing this prototype (and of course pinky) left the server straight away.
There were around 3 admins in the server , (I counted proto and pinky as 1) and from all of them only Protosteam was butthurt (I'm sorry but that's the only right word) , infact I even asked one of the admins if he took it as an insult , he said yes sarcastically which clearly showed he meant no.
Either way this report could be turned into something else if I would want it to , but I just want to know why I was kicked , a proper explanation with an actual reason of why was I the only one who had gotten kicked for this reason.
There are many other rules also ADMIN rules proto has broken , but I would like to leave them aside and want a explanation to this.
I know some of you will be like it's a small reason to report , but no , why only me? Why not the REST OF ALL DAILY COMMANDERS ON JAILBREAK , huh?.
I have talked to the HA and he said I have insufficient proof to do anything and was told to make a report.

Calling players retards on mic, warned u to not do that and one of the players was an admin so u insulting an admin (when u picked 2 prisoners) after that warning u did it again so i slapped u after calling all players retards again, and u did it again so I kicked u and btw Sami (old HA) told us before that u and noex if u do stuff like that u get kick and then timed ban if u keep doing shits so u lucky only kick and warning. :)
I won't abuse for nothing, u even was spamming in CT chat "HAHAHA" like that and monsterCAT I guess warned u too for spamming.
I did say I deserved the gag didn't I?
I had no intentions of insulting anyone , it's not my fault if you and your "friend" are to overly sensitive , like I said if you're that sensitive you shouldn't be on the internet.
I do this all the time , and no one gives a crap , no one is insulted except for I guess you , I won't stop doing something for one person , if there were let's say 20 I would try to calm myself and try not to say it.
Timed ban for calling someone retard without even meaning it , okay lol?
Like I said so many people do it but I have been the only target , this makes no sense.
Monster NEVER told me to stop , he told me to stop when I said something which a youtuber says , Mother Yucker , he thought I said F*er so he told me to stop it , I don't think Monster ever told me to stop saying retard unless the logs can show it then I'm wrong.

The line you just posted here completely shows how you would react to someone if they reported you , you would hold a grudge against someone for doing something they have done a long time ago and you expect someone to do the same , it clearly states a proof for a reason I have reported you which I would NOT like to mention.

Meh, it seems to me that this report wont give any luck, even though Buddy might have a point, i don't know but i don't care much anymore as that is what happens, people get away and turn away with a blind eye..

I saw some people calling people the N word , every day on mic , even though there is an admin at the server (not naming) and the guy didn't even get warned , not even once! And you know buddy has a funny character anyways , it could've just went because he wanted to make the server more fun , by having a bit of laughs , noone got insulted by it , what's the point of kicking ?

Tbh even if I don't particularly like proto I think this report isn't really enough to do anything. He gave you a warning and then you over-reacted and carried on doing it so he acted. It wasn't abuse, he had a reason to do it. I understand that some admins have different tolerance levels as to what is allowed and what isn't with swearing but that's subjective, you could report an admin for not acting when people call each other retards or you could report them for acting on it. It just depends which admins on server and what they think and obviously prototype was kinda strict on you which was maybe a little OTT but not worthy of a report. If you wanted something done about it then maybe make a suggestion to Refresh that he should set global rules to all admin on what is allowed and what isn't by the admin team to keep the fun. I think its fine to call T's retards etc if you are CT for fun as they will know you are joking but that needs to be set in stone for all admins to understand when they should act on insults and when not to. :)

And it's so silly to report me for a kick, I mean I warned u twice and slapped u with 0 damage to not damage u cause u are CT, u still did it on prupose after spamming in CT chat and u telling me no kick? I mean I even gagged u for spamming can't u get it? I didn't wanna kick u I gave u like two warnings and a slap even a gag. ::)
And no, not all people can accept it to call them retards. Again, I'm only doing my duties in the server so I have to warn u and kick u cause some players will feel offended. :)

You warned me once , and then I asked you why you said insulting I laughed in teamchat spamming it and you and monster told me to stop spamming , then you said CMD even though you were talking to me and then you SLAPPED me because I wasn't commanding and gagged me from chat for spamming the chat with my text laughter.
I didn't know admins could read teamchat , I thought tony's plugin stopped that from happening.

Yes he does always kick/gag people who are insulting and yes I have seen it with my own eyes , but I have NEVER EVER seen him kicking people who say worse stuff on the server even though he is on , I would like to name someone but I don't think that'd be okay.

I would kick someone for calling people retards too cause some people can over react and cause arguments.
But in this case apparently he never warned you, so the case changes,
a demotion for this is a bit to extreme aint it.
- I think refresh should just talk with proto to warn people before kicking or taking actions unless it something serious.

I'll not mention names but I've Heard CT's insulting players directly for rebelling. I saw admins doing that too, they don't really mean it... I've read the /rules 3 or 4 times till now. What I've seen was a suggestion for the players not to swear, Because swearing doesn't make you sound cool.
If the admins and players grow hate between each other and aggression. The results won't please both sides.
Keep the server cool maybe if someone asked Proto to stop buddy from saying retard because he gets offended it would be worth a warning and an explanation towards the warning because he might feel you are biased because other CT's also call T's such names.

Buddy, every admins views the situation in a different perspective.
Personally, if I was Proto, I'd do the same.. calling players retards and stuff is not a nice thing and it's not fun to use the word because there are people who are actually affected by an illness which makes them retarded. You also have a history of liking to troll and annoy admins, I think this punishment was fair because you are breaking the rules and the admin is just doing what they have to do. I also do not feel calling people retards is a nice thing to do like I mentioned above.

I am talking as an admin experienced in Jailbreak: (For the reason, why some people are not warned and why some people are warned)
If I see someone insulting once, I just ignore it and consider it as a mistake.
If someone else after that insults, I warn everyone randomly not to insult.
If a third party comes to insult those are the ones who are getting kicked/banned.
But have in mind that the third party most of the time are the players who I ignored and didn't warn.
That's life, like it or not.

TBH , for me even though IK that people do not actually mean to flame anyone by saying stuff like that , I tend to tell the cts whoever it is to not use such jargon , simply because many can be offended easily , and my point stands with everybody who ever it is , but then again there are some double faced administrators ... so yeah
I can't say that this report is valid , as I don't prefer the use of such words in servers but yeah ..
By the way , there are some administrators who are obviously backing up each others for silly reasons and making their own team , while preferring their mates to other administrators , which creates a lot of division between the team , I think I don't need to mention any names and I believe that this is completely unacceptable *wink* *wink* !
Anyway , don't consider this as a rant , I'm just stating the obvious here and would love to see some stuff before come better , because the jailbreak experience tbh and imho is going downhill !

Basically, Prototype you went too harsh on Buddy. Swearing in the server is allowed as far as nobody complains about it. This rule is sometimes misunderstood. Some players think that they are allowed to say whatever they want and some admins think that the players can't say anything at all (your case).
Buddy was just calling people retarded and according to your posts, nobody was complaining about it. "Retard" is considered as light swearing like "noob" (yes I know that you called him noob after). But there are some limits to this rule, like when somebody is using heavy language (Ryan for example) but Buddy did not basically abuse this rule.
3. Use of rude language is tolerated, but using it excessively to flame, insult or disrespect anyone is not.
This rule explains it all. You are allowed to use rude language while speaking in the Jailbreak server and Buddy's intention was never of flaming, insulting or disrespecting anyone.
Even though, that's not a big deal and I would like Proto to understand that there is no need in taking actions sometimes because I myself have seen Buddy calling the prisoners retards but I personally didn't do anything since I knew that this was not a reason to blame Buddy and because I know Buddy and I know that he would never say this seriously. And nobody complained about it, so what's the problem?
And all those who might think that Proto was right. I know that Proto warned Buddy before kicking him and that's because Buddy disrespected his warning that he kicked him. But the warnings were unreasonable. Proto, you need to act with more professionalism. Sometimes using the rude language can be offensive, but this was not the case.
Furthermore, you should not stick at the idea that if someone is being disrespectful or for example, swears, should be punished. Because sometimes a player might break a rule, but you cannot take actions on the player because he broke such rule. You need to take an action or not according to the situation if you really want to be fair with everyone. That's why you should act with more professionalism.
In conclusion, I would like to say that both were wrong and right at the same time. Buddy did not offend anyone by his language but failed to follow Proto's warning. Proto was right by kicking Buddy for disrespecting his warning but showed a lack of professionalism by giving him unreasonable warnings.
