If im correct, I have used a modified commandmenu.txt where I put all commands. And tbt its the best until now. I can give you the file if you want. But i dont have all binds, anyway I can add em for u if you dont know how.
EDIT: There should be a GUI maker which also edits commandmenu.txt

I guess it wont be needed, but would like to see Burzum's opinion just to be sure.

If you want such thing and not to be complicated make a .cfg file name it whatever and exec file name in console whenever u enter the server
example : put the bind and everything in a blabla.cfg goto server if u wanna play on a server ur not admin then binds are fine, but if you wanna play on a server you're admin on then type in console exec blabla and boom binds are ready ;)

sorry but i dont know what u mean and what is the point of this
to hide ur binds ¿? ::)

I think he wants to make admin commands on this thing: http://www.toolcs.net/2014/07/gregones-admin-command-menu-for-counter.html (http://www.toolcs.net/2014/07/gregones-admin-command-menu-for-counter.html), but still if this is your idea I don't think it will be needed since we have all our binds set already.

i think i saw this stuff before
if any admin want to use it for me is ok, i will not
so if some admin want to use it, its ok, but no need to
