I can imagine that the negative feedback is demotivating, but if you take it as constructive criticism and move forward - then you will improve.
I will send you a link to a tutorial I once followed many years ago (nearly 10 years ago now) which helped me develop my style.

Try that, and see how it goes. My first attempt at it was pretty bad, but with practice comes perfection! In fact, let us know how your first attempt turns out. I'd like to see it.

Practice makes perfect, so as Jay said, follow up some tutorials and keep on practicing.

anyway Black you can do better and I know that! You only need to watch some tutorials since this is the thing you really want to do ! I'm always your back up :)
