To be honest, I didn't watch the whole video, but its taking a long time...
For making Animated ... its simple

Animated = GIF ,

Gif = Multi pictures got specific timing with each other, so just make 2 pictures, change the color and make one of them more shine so it look like its going ON and OFF ;)

Try to beware of using custom fonts like BorisBlackBoxx whatever you did on the video.

Viewers don't like not explained things as tutorial is supposed to be detailed and I'm sure newbies will complain they fail to find that font in their font list.
