Size: Standard forum signature size

Comments/Instructions: Please follow all instructions very carefully! All text should be in Comic Sans MT and white colour. Loyalty & Respect text should be on top of big planet and going from left to right. Style?: (see pick below, red line). DrDrake text should be on top of small planet and going from left to right. Style?: (see pick below green line).

No picture remake or any other colour adding, only what's written in instructions!

First off, this request sounds more like a demand than a friendly "Hey can you do this for me".
Firstly; 1600x1200 to fit into a 600x150 space without warping it = impossible
Secondly; Even when fitting it into 600x150 the small planet doesn't appear unless you reduce the height of the image = which warps the shape of the planets.
Thirdly; Even when you've warped the shape of the planets to fit 600x150 = there isn't enough space now at the top of the image to write anything along the top of the larger planet.
At least those are the issues I've been confrunted with after 10 seconds of experimentation.

It can be made lol, atleast Redshift did it while others failed! I've asked him to make that one for me again but he's too busy in real life and always forgets, thats why i made this request! ;)

I guarantee he didn't keep the same aspect ratio in the pictures :)
And font size 12 is absolutely tiny :)

For the record, that is font size 200 - to reach as far along the planets as you wanted. You can imagine how tiny font size 12 is. The image has just been reduced 85% to fit into the size of a signature.

I thought you said you didn't want the image edited? The planets look like ovals now. What about the Loyalty & Respect being in the wrong place? Your very 'careful instructions' seem almost pointless lol
