any way it works with me because if it is fake i can't see my rank in death match btw i try it before i was playing non steam game when i start playing in ambrosia deathmatch with non steam i typed /rank it shows me like 52324 kills and 63562 deaths so when i download this what u call it fake i typed in death match /rank it is 0 kills 0 deaths so i belive in it

ur steam id ends with a 0 so ur using a cracked steam cs wich has fake cs

Guys stop spamming this post. He means by'steam' that the game has a steam id. I dont call it non steam , i call it illegal steam. Everyone calls it in his own way.
OT : i doubt 48+47 works but anw thanks for this link. It will help non steamers alot :)
And for the rank thingy , every cs that has steam id can see the real rank.

Its not necessary. Some steams have 3 digits steam id. I still remember one : STEAM:0:470

a steam id should have 0:1 not 0:0

About the fact that 0:1:129012012 is only steamers. Thats not true. As my steam id is: STEAM_0:0:12467674.
And thats a real steam id.

Well yeah it's a good version but i'm sorry to let you down, it doesn't connect to steam only servers. Otherwise it's working good and thanks for sharing :)

Quick info for all you guys acting like you know some stuff when in reality you don't.
YOU CANNOT get the legit counter strike on steam without paying for it or getting a code to redeem it that SOMEONE ELSE PAYED for. All those cs versions that you download for free are non steam versions (aka cracked) of the game. The only reason that you get a fake 10 digit steam id on the server is because dproto generates a random steam id when you join and you get stuck with that steam id so dproto knows that it is you everytime you join. That is for protocol 48 players, if you are a protocol 47 player then you get the steam id lan status. If you go to another server WITH A DIFFERENT GENERATION method then you will not get the same steam id unless both servers use the same configuration. Most servers just use the default settings so in concept yeah u might get the same fake id on most servers.
So no you cannot join steam only servers (without dproto) by not buying the game and getting it from some torrent site.
Please stop saying that you found a STEAM cs for free cause you are just making a fool of yourself in front of everybody.
And for the love of god, it's only 10$, go and buy it. I am pretty sure your dad or mom got a credit card, tell them to buy you the game. Don't tell me it's expensive and what not, just lay off the pringles for a week and you turn out that you saved 10$ for cs. If you truly love a game, you should buy it.

Stop beeing funny guys. It's a non steam game with a steam ID. but its NON STEAM. You can not I repeat NOT join a steam only server even it's protocoll 48. Its a non steam...

Alright i think @tony said everything, this is probably just a normal cracked version of cs 1.6 that includes some great features.
The site cswarzone.com (http://cswarzone.com) is clean and somehow would be helpful for begginers and those who haven't entered the steam world yet.
and as they said in replies, it won't be working on "steam only servers" because its not a steam game.
