It's always annoying designing avatars (especially 150x150) because you can't show off any detail. The fact you want a slogan as well means we have no space to work with :)

u mixed the writing the first writing is just IMready!! the next writing is ready to face the pain ?> ok avater too small so can u do signiture ? if not its ok

I quite made a mistake on the signature but anyways, just so i know, if you like the signature ill change the word but if you want me to make more changes your more than welcomed;

Well take a look at ... (http://i43.tinypic.com/2vdi1kw.png) Which I just did for RegalTerror. That's an Avatar, a simple image to represent them. Not a full on slogan with a full sentence in it. Just a thought...
