Ok, I'm sure 100% it was a bug, i think i know why because server was full 32/32 and i was trying to join the server twice fast and after i got perm ban.

If the admin doesn't provide a demo or comment within 48h after you posted this unban request, then you'll go free and you'll be unbanned.
