How to fix "Client world model is NULL"

I was getting "Client world model is NULL" for a time, and I found out how to fix it, couple people asked me to tell them so here it is:
1) Go on my computer
2) Click the button next to "Local disk"
3) Now click "steam apps" which is either in "new folder" or "progam files(x86)"
4) Click "Common" then "Half-Life" (You might not need to click "common"
5) Click "cstrike downloads" and delete all the files in their

Done!
