Thank you for posting an Unban Request. Shortly the Emperors shall review your unban request. Please in the meantime have patience and DO NOT ban evade (which means; you cannot play in any of our servers while banned), otherwise your request will be automatically DENIED. In the meantime read clearly the Unban Request Rules (http://www.ambrosia-servers.com/community/index.php?topic=12.0) and check the Banlist (http://www.spekbinder.nl/banlist/) to see the information on your ban. If the admin doesn't provide a demo or comment within 48h after you posted this unban request, then you'll go free and you'll be unbanned.
Regards,
The Ambrosian Emperors.

Doesn't matter about the demo.. 7 day to request unban rule.

Well, alot of people had their chances so why not have a look at that demo...

Exactly. Each case should be treated separately. ;)

As u wish:http://www.mediafire.com/?szhxt7386sq9p6q (http://www.mediafire.com/?szhxt7386sq9p6q)
As u may have noticed I tried to "ninja" spec him, but it wasnt possible with ptb on -.-
If I remember correctly you made some weird kills on me and my spidey sense was going berserk. After speccing u a couple of times while I was dead, I was pretty convinced u were cheating. So I tried to demo, but cause of ptb it failed the first 2 rounds. The last part of the demo confirmed what I thought. In halls looking at B you didnt bothered to look at B podium and instantly focused on the 3 ct's behind the wall.
I know the demo isnt brilliant, but I dont even bother making a demo if I am not pretty sure someone is hacking in the first place.

Then the rule should be removed. Either enforce the rule or get rid of it.

My point is every rule has its exception(s). We could indeed just enforce the rules but that would be to generalize all unban requests. Each request has its own details and it's based on those details that we decide the outcome. The 7 days rule is here to prevent cases such as the inexistence of demos, as no one is obliged to keep someone's demo for a longer period. In this case, Grmbl still had Element's demo, so we should watch it and decided whether this request will be denied or accepted.
In my eyes, this is how it should be done. I'll comment about the demo later.

You just saying it so easy!
What about the guys who got banned before the rule was made? They didnt knew about it and came back to make an unban request, but getting denied as for the rest. Some pro's getting banned are not even bothered to make an unban request, they just move on. But there are times like a fter few months they come around again and see being banned...
My point is, yeah, there SHOULD be exceptions for people who didnt knew. Also if the rule is so important, why not add it on every server at "AmbrosiaInfo" saying "If you get banned, make an unban reqest within 7 days... etc etc."
-
I suggested that Drdrake. To put the most important rules in a plugin. Like /rules or something. No answer....
On topic Hmm ill see the demo first :)

Hello Nip,
Nowhere in the rules are not mentioned exceptions and nowhere is mentioned nor mention that the every rule has an exception. The ones we have created themselves outside the rules, because so it suits us. Shane is right, the rules are to enable be comply, but I we are able always find a way to circumvent their. Already when you want to use the exemption, it would be good and decently from player eLemennT to justify seriously delayed application and then consider the exemption, because then the exceptions becomes the rule.
Yours sincerely,
Artus

DENIED
eLemennT doesnt seem very interested in an unban, he is way past the unban deadline and I am 100% sure he was wallhacking. So I am gonna deny this unban request.
