Title: Suggestion in server

Name: Rules. Every Special Mod server has important rules, as Jailbreak. And if you Join JB you will see 10 Rules listed. How about adding that in other server too? Some important rules. Its very helpfull for newbies that randomly join. And we have a reason more to punish them if they say we didnt know that. Or add a plugin called /rules then this window appears with the rules. And write it every 4 min in green or something.

At the end players blame admins.

I suggested both. Which one is better this we add :) Its just important as they say mostly? Where are the rules? :D And we can write in rules
