Hi Guys,
Im going to show you how to change your CS back ground
Ok lets start , and by the way its simple and easy , easy steps :)
1st Download Cs BackGround Maker 3.0 (http://www.mediafire.com/?0eq85a0mnqodoev) then open it and install it at your Computer ( wont take 2 min ) .
2nd if your steamer go programfiles/steam/steamapps/username/Counter strike/cstrike/resource Creat a new folder call it -background-( if you dont have one).
If your non steamer go /Counter strike/cstrike/resource --> Creat a new folder call it -background- ( if you dont have one).
3rd Open Program and Set it for your hl.exe file , if your steamer go programfiles/steam/steamapps/username/Counter strike/hl
If your non steamer go programfiles/Counter strike/hl
[UPDATED 14/2/2013] : For who got steam update , you have to do these steps in programfiles/steam/steamapps/common/half-lifes/cstrike/resource , And you have to set your hl from there to.
NOTE: You only have to do it the first time you use the program.
4th Chose language - English-
5th Chose game - Counter Strike 1.6
6th Chose Resolution -The one you use in game-
7th Click at Load Picture and chose the picture u want to be your Cs BackGround - Dont worry about picture size / color-
8th Click at Make Cs Background
9th Your done , Close program
10th Just open Cs and enjoy
